Logistic, air freight and sea freight forwarding or equality of task,

- Monitor operation for air freight and sea freight
- Prepare operational planning
- Check and follow up shipments for customer approval
- Check and follow up shipments with shipper, consignee, and carrier
- Check and follow up with the trucking and customs clearance team
- Key data into the company system and billing
- Daily check documents and pending tasks to make sure everything goes smoothly
- Daily report pending tasks and problems to Manager
- Other tasks as per assigned

Job Requirement

- At least 1-2 years experiences with Freight forwarding, Logistics or
Shipping etc..,
- Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook)
- Excellence communication skill
- Good commend in English & Chinese both speaking and listening
- Be flexible and problem solving skill
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure is must
